This incident has been resolved.
We have installed new components and are currently monitoring the POP.
We are currently investigating this incident, Initial investigations indicate a blown inverter backup system. Teams will be onsite with replacement equipment.
This incident has been resolved by Openserve.
We have identified a large outage affecting our customers whom use Openserve Fibre to connect to us. This is affecting multiple regions of the country. Openserve is aware and working on restoration.
Services look like they have been stable since 20:30. We will continue to monitor.
Metro Fibre have been made aware of the issue. We will publish updates as we receive them.
