Repairs have been made. We will continue to monitor stability.
Tickets are open with relevant upstream providers.
We received confirmation that the incident has been resolved. Root cause appears to be 2 national long distance route fibre cables damaged simultaneously.
An upstream service provider is having issues which unfortunately is affecting all Voice services. They are working on restoration.

We have installed new components and are currently monitoring the POP.
We are currently investigating this incident, Initial investigations indicate a blown inverter backup system. Teams will be onsite with replacement equipment.
